UNESCO Center for Global Friendship, Inc. (“UCGF” or “we”) is a Connecticut non-member nonstock corporation and a formally recognized club of the United National Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (“UNESCO”). Our mission is to increase awareness and create a more informed public by obtaining and disseminating factual data and educational materials about national and world problems as well as the activities of international organizations.
We make it a top priority to promote the ideals of UNESCO by building peace in the communities we serve, and to remain compliant with UNESCO’s values, principles and constitutional aims.
We are funded through membership fees, individual donations, revenue from fundraising activities, and other public support.
